MEET MEREDITH HARDT, APN

BIOGRAPHY

Meredith received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana followed by a master’s degree in nursing as a family nurse practitioner from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.

Meredith began her career working in wellness and primary care for three years. During that time, she developed a fondness for treating patients with chronic disease and musculoskeletal injuries. This led her to rheumatology. She worked at the University of Chicago in the adult rheumatology clinic for over 4 years until coming to Greater Chicago Rheumatology. Her areas of greatest interest include Osteoarthritis, Gout and Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Meredith has been a preceptor for nurse practitioner students from the University of Illinois Chicago and Resurrection University.
